The Managing Director of Fastech / Vapetech reached out to my initially, saying he needed help with the following things:
Overall, he wanted a complete online brand-presence so more people could find out about his services, and reach out to work with him.
In the beginning he had, little to no enquiries, was paying for expensive cold calling agencies, who were booking meetings, but weren’t generating leads which could close. He also had no social media experience, meaning he was starting at 0.
When we helped him, we started focusing on these main things:
We understood who exactly his target audience was, how they interact with similar companies. We spoke with competitors, and managed to find out what the top strategies they used were, which we then used for Vapetech, to generate enquiries.
We started on TikTok, for a number of reasons.
We ended up posting around 75 pieces of content, at 3x per day over the course of 25 days. As a result of this, we received:
In the beginning, posts averaged around 200 impressions, and the client had been posting for around 3 months.
This drove traffic to our website, of which we’ll talk about now.
Although the website was getting traffic, it wasn’t converting visitors into new customers.
As a result, we did a full re-design for the Vape-tech website, to ensure that people who came to the website, were likely to purchase.
With all the other areas of the brand setup, we decided to finally focus on LinkedIn, producing high quality video content for the LinkedIn company page, and personal branding page.
With this, we managed to secure our spot as the top brand for Vape detector installation on LinkedIn, by outperforming nearby competitors.
Overall, Vapetech and Fastech are on a clear track to generating new enquiries through the website, and LinkedIn.
