About Us.
I didn’t come into this industry from a marketing background. Before Eruptible, I was working in M&E, and my brother Ernest, who co-founded the business with me, is a software engineer by trade. Between us, the way we approach marketing has always been grounded in how systems actually work rather than how they’re supposed to sound in a pitch deck.
The pivot to fire and security came from paying attention. While doing door-to-door sales work early on, the same pattern kept coming up: contractors who were genuinely excellent at what they did, properly certified, doing quality work, were consistently losing out on contracts to competitors who simply had a more visible, more credible online presence. The engineering was never the problem. The digital side was being completely ignored.
That’s the gap Eruptible was built to close, and it’s the only thing we focus on.
